In 2019, I was promoted to Eurofred Group Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Group Managing Director.My main responsibility, managing a local team of 25 people in Spain, is leading the Financial&Facilities Area of a 300 milion euros business. I am also in charge of the international financial teams ( a global team of 25) located in Paris, Montpellier, Venice, Rome, Lisboa, Tánger and Santiago de Chile, being a member of the Global Executive Committee (GEC) of the Group. I am also President of the Club Tennis Sant GervasiMy main achievements of this period are a successful BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Go-live in Eurofred Group in September 2019 added with a continuous Power BI implementation in Controlling Area. We have faced a full digital transformation in the Treasury Area, as well as implemented a Group Cash-Flow Procedure during the Covid-19 Sanitary Crisis. We have merged all Italian and French companies of Rolesco subsidiaries. We have optimized the ratios of productivity of the department in Spain as well as optimized procedures in all Administration Areas. I joined Eurofred Group in December 2015 as Corporative Administration Director reporting to the General Corporative Back-Office Director.My main responsibility, managing a local team of 9 people in Spain, is the accountant and tax consolidation on a 300 milion euros business. In 2013, I was promoted from managing one Business Unit to two in Sage Spain. I was a member of the SMB and ACC Business Units Executive Committees in Spain, reporting to the Sage Spain CFO. My main responsibility was the planning and strategic direction of the Financial Area (Including legal) of both Business Units with a combined revenue of €60m. I prepared the annual Budgets and strategic Business Plans to report to our headquarters in Newcastle. I managed a team of 10 after a successful talent renovation plan.My main achievements of this period were the major goodwill acquisition of Auriga (Sage Business Partner) and successful disposals of Sage Automobile and Cogestib R+D. I was responsible for running and executing the acquisition/disposal strategy and had leadership functions in the due diligence and the negotiation processes. I was directing a Business Partner debt reduction program with SMB/ACC Sales Managers with a significant 20% debt reduction between FY13 and FY14. I represented Sage Spain in a SEPA Legal Change Roadshow with our customers in Barcelona (400 attendees), Valencia (250 attendees), Sevilla (200 attendees) and Logroño (150 attendees). Show less

Monthly reporting to the headquarters under IFRS reporting rules and preparation of annual accounts and corporation tax.My main achievements were the successful corporate merger of Sage Soluciones Avanzadas with Sage Logic Control, which lay the foundation of Sage Spain. In addition, the implementation of X3 ERP System for all the Financial teams in Sage Spain.I was involved in the creation and leadership of cost reduction projects contributing to a significant double-digit increase in profitability and productivity of the company.I represented Sage Spain in a Bad Debt Management Roadshow with our customers in Barcelona (350 attendees) and La Coruña (50 attendees).
