Using a combination of IoT communication device, machine learning algorithm, advanced software architecture and a team of medical experts, Tricog aims at reducing mortality and morbidity caused due to delay in treatment.Responsibilities- Managed InstaECG - the primary consumer-facing product with a global user base of more than 2.5K and MRR of $2M plus. As a Product Manager worked closely with consumers and stakeholders to build advanced enhancements into the product leading to revenue growth as well as customer delight. - Created "STEMI Grid" - a product that solves the problem of high mortality due to heart attack. Successfully implemented the product in public health set up to achieve an encouraging outcome of mortality reduction by 12% in a span of one year. - Experience of creating mobile-based product and GTM in international regions of APAC & Africa.- Managed 12 Lead analysis system, a web cum mobile application used by doctors to diagnose ECG with a turn around time of 30 sec with high precision.- Managed to position and build go to market strategy for "Chest Pain Centers" - an innovative packaging of an existing product in healthcare setups like clinics and nursing homes for better cardiac patient management.- Took up the additional responsibility of co-managing and setting up functions like Marketing, Account management, Inside sales at early stage of the startup journey.
