  I was part of the Become business from 2005 recruiting for graphic, marketing and digital folk across freelance and permanent roles. I relocated to Melbourne in 2012 and supported the new office managing the freelance biz and mentoring juniors. In 2013 we hopped over to Hobart for a few years while I raised my twin boys and rejoined the business in Sydney 2017.   Joined the London team after 7 years in a completely different industry as a TV researcher/producer. It was a welcomed treat to be in fulltime work with this merry band of recruiters. I had no experience, but learnt from the best and had an awesome MD who took a chance on me. I worked on the freelance desk and loved the fast paced, hectic-ness that came with the role! Literally kicking awesome goals for the business as our team grew to meet the demands from the London scene.
