Jerry is an excellent communicator, businessperson and is a widely respected representative of the people of Collin County, TX. I have worked with him on several of his campaigns for commissioner as well as other causes benefiting the people of the county. One notable project created by Jerry in the late 1990’s was a 640-acre public children’s camp for the county. His leadership and perseverance was responsible for it’s success. Since my original revcommendation in 2007 I have had the chance to work with him further in the real estate area. I worked with him on a number of realestate projects where I found him to be extremly sensitive to the needs of his clients and looks after their best interest at all times. In business and personally I find Jerry to be one of the of the best role models in my life. His devotion to his family, business associates and complete strangers in the community who had asked for help and guidance impressed upon me as having personal attributes that I try to emulate. He is an overall good man.

When I retired from the Commissioners Court in 2010, I got into the real estate business full time. It has been a lot of fun helping people find a home to live in or a some land for investment purposes, to build on, or just enjoy for recreational purposes. Please call me if you have land you would like to sell fast. I will pay any past due taxes you may have, pay all of your closing costs, and give you some money as well. Even though I am a licensed real estate broker in Texas for over 35 years, there will be NO Realtor fees involved in the transaction. I also have land available for sale for 50% or less of it's value.
