It has been a lot of fun helping people find a home to live in or a some land for investment purposes, to build on, or just enjoy for recreational purposes. Please call me if you have land you would like to sell fast. I will pay any past due taxes you may have, pay all of your closing costs, and give you some money as well. Even though I am a licensed real estate broker in Texas for over 35 years, there will be NO Realtor fees involved in the transaction. I also have land available for sale for 50% or less of it's value.
