Account Executive

Feb 2018 - May 2019
I support the sales team in achieving targets and managing global blue chip brand and agency accounts. Through aligning with key contacts, I tailor individual learning pathways and comms plans to ensure lesson completion is as high as possible, thus increasing the scope for account growth. With new clients, I launch the learning programme in person and via webinar, collating feedback and data on lesson completion, presenting and reporting these back at regular intervals. General troubleshooting and support also play an important part in my role with Zendesk the main platform for this. Show less

I sourced materials and planned lessons appropriate for students of wide ranging age and ability whilst following the school's syllabus to ensure lessons incorporated practice of the four core language skills. It was my responsibility to provide feedback for classwork, homework and test results to the departmental head and parents and assist in planning games and activities for the school's termly open days. Through interactive lessons and good classroom management, my students showed improved engagement with English language learning and steadily rising grades. Show less

It was my responsibility to create and distribute correspondence with regard to HR matters and maintain employee personnel files. I regularly updated the NMDS-SC online data base to ensure eligibility for QCF funding.Whilst working for Carewatch I completed the initial registration of over 2000 employees on the NMDS-SC data set and regularly authored articles for the company's online blog. Further, I was a member of the Supportive Talent Management group which represented Carewatch at the Peer Awards, 2015. Show less

Exit Interview Coordinator
-
Jan 2015 - Apr 2015
I was responsible for obtaining resignee information from line managers throughout the company and then contacting the individuals to investigate reasons for leaving. I would then relay this information back and then on to regional operations directors for them to address any issues in order to improve staff retention. Subsequently, I circulated a weekly leaver report including data presentation which outlined local, regional and national trends.By identifying common problems and addressing them, resignation rates amongst carers dropped. I also authored articles for the quarterly national Carewatch newsletter. Show less

Personal Support Assistant
-
Jun 2013 - Sep 2014
I provided one to one support to vulnerable individuals with a spectrum of complex needs, enabling service users to meet the goals they outlaid in their care plans. I would monitor and record daily progress and liaise with management and service users' family members regarding this. I was required to demonstrate flexibility in my communication Makaton signing with non-verbal service users. Service users made steady progress and achieved increased autonomy as a result of learning about financial abuse and gained self-esteem from attending group art and board-game sessions which I planned and ran.
