  All Out is a US based global non-profit that fights for LGBT+ human rights worldwide. For the last almost 5 years in this US-based non-profit I worked directly with activists and staff to help improve existing services as well as designing and developing several platforms to ensure the organisation can campaign online how it wants and when it wants. The role required a balance of planning, decision making, team management, solutions analysis, support and software development. I managed a very small team wearing different hats as needed on a day to day basis. The work was all coordinated online as it is predominantly a remote role, however I also worked from an office with 2 other colleagues also based in Berlin so there was some face to face contact there.
