I serve as project management lead, creating and managing TBS Factoring's digital marketing. I track website traffic (Google Analytics), email marketing performance (Mailchimp), business development and lead generation (Salesforce), and advertising, SEO, and keyword analytics (partner agencies), to create monthly dashboard reports and provide strategic recommendations and marketing forecasting for executive leadership. I oversee and design all email marketing campaigns, and manage TBS's internal communications website. Additionally, I manage trade-show marketing (branding, collateral, and swag) and help event planning as needed. I established the company's first-ever public relations strategy for media relations and crisis communications, as well as the company’s first merger and acquisitions marketing strategy and best practices.
