Have you ever had a hard time finding a leader that checks all of the boxes of what most look for in a top candidate? Look no further. Keith has been a superior and a peer and more importantly, a friend. He's authentic and empathetic, always putting others over himself. As a leader, he listens without the need to respond, leads without micromanaging, and gives without needing anything in return. He's the type of leader that you can approach with any idea, worry. or concern and he'll be your voice of reason or advocacy. Keith brings an energy to anything he does that motivates you to be better and inspires you to keep pushing. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be the leader I am today and I often pull from his playbook when it comes to leading my own teams. He's an asset wherever he is and any organization would be lucky to have him and sad to be without him.
