Project: HDD Health Monitoring • Worked on a Big Data project called ‘HDD Health Monitoring’ to ingest millions of STB’s HDD data into HDFS. • Developed Hadoop MapRed jobs and scheduled them using Apache Oozie with the help of Apache Zookeeper. • Worked with Hortonworks Hadoop platform and Ambari to monitor flume, Namenode, gateway nodes, etc. • Created and Ingested avro files in HDFS at a rate of 120 GB/hour to simulate the real world use case • Troubleshot and monitored the logs to find the cause of the errors on Hadoop gateway node and flume. • Create Hive tables on top of Hadoop cluster, configured it to process output data and analyze them. • Raised an incidents of an issues using tool for Agile: JIRA and working with team to resolve them. Project: Voice Amazon Alexa • Capture the voice of the user & sends voice content to the Alexa service for processing, Alexa services passed relevant voice to text to AT&T and the request will proceed and executed by the targeted STB. • Worked with DevOps practices using AWS, Docker and Kubernetes. • Executed the performance scripts and assisted with the performance tuning for over 3.5M AT&T customers.
