  Learning Solutions: a department within Fitch Learning; a library of financial e-learning videos taught by in-house tutors. Learning Solutions are developing an unlimited source of financial knowledge within an online portal; using their resources - creating bespoke learning pathways for various clients.- Editing to Fitch Learning and Fitch Learning Exchange’s branding guidelines and to our target audience; overseeing the production from recording, editing to publishing the videos online. - I have been responsible with selecting a team of editors to lead on this project. My main responsibility has been to train, mentor and organize my team to create engaging videos – keeping edits and layout presentations consistent.- Learning Solutions has recently decided to invest more of its energy into new technologies to support production and delivery, I am responsible for researching and reviewing new technology to support our video work, e.g. Recording equipment, workflow, editing software and delivery formats.- As well as managing a team and creating videos for e-learning portals. I have improved our media identity within Learning Solutions by introducing animation and motion graphics into our video catalogue. For example, creating Idents, intros and outros, along side motion graphics, which have been used to enhance our delegates learning experience; exploring new and interesting narratives to present learning materials. - Working from brief and communicating visual ideas to a team. Having the ability to critically evaluate style and structure in light of immediate goals.
