Simply, Melissa is fantastic! I've had the privilege of working with Melissa for over three years now. In those years, operating as her ad agency contact, I've seen her not only excel at the core elements of her job -- like resourcing and supplier management -- but also learn other tasks that extend well beyond the original scope of her role, like coaching / training, managing attraction strategies and supporting with employer brand development. That's one of the things that's so fantastic about Melissa. She demonstrates not only mastery for her core role, but also the ability to take on new projects that are both difficult yet critical to the company's growth. In fact, her taking on the live reporting functionality that we support the Bank with for volume recruitment, has been critical internally in providing accurate, real time, return on investment information. This rare mix of productivity, ambition and personality sets a great example for the rest of the team (both at The Co-operative Bank and for my team here at SMRS), and explains why everyone loves working with Melissa -- no matter where they work, be it directly with her or in partnership with. I would strongly recommend Melissa, without a doubt.
