  SOSAFE is a community social security network, where you can keep informed and report all kinds of reports to improve neighborhood safety and cities in Latin America with more than 1 million downloads in Google Play Store and Apple Store. I perform usability tests, A/B tests and interview users. UI design for both mobile app (iOS and native Android guidelines) and portal (web and SOSAFE GO app). I keep updated and expand our Design System. I collaborate side by side with Product Owners and developers team, using SCRUM methodology.

  Werthein holding - Experta insurances I was part of an e-commerce and CRM project (B2B and B2C) under the agile SCRUM methodology. I devised the Information Architecture, built the Design System, made responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile. La Serenisima I participated in a project from scratch for La Serenisima, which was an internal catalog and its backoffice. I made the information architecture, userflow, low, medium and high wireframes, functional prototypes, UI design applying Spectrum Design System. After the favorable results of the first version of the La Serenisima product catalog project, I was part of the second version where I designed improvements and new features for the platform. I collaborated on another project, also for La Serenisima, where I was in charge of the UX and UI redesign of the supplier portal (provider, internal user and backoffice views). I used heuristics to improve navigability and findability within the platform and increased accessibility. HR App Prototype I participated in a prototype for an app for the HR area where I designed low-medium wireframes of a platform that shows relevant information from employees and company processes to the Human Resources area.
