My work mainly involved designing and constructing waterproof sensor housings using SolidWorks/Fusion360 and FDM/SLA 3D printers to establish a state-wide real-time data monitoring system. I also configured various custom data collecting instruments such as tidal gauges and pH sensors for the wireless coastal sensor network using Python and MATLAB. My task included grading C-programming homework assignments through solving each problem prior to reviewing each student's code to assist the course instructor. Although I essentially worked independently to meet deadlines, I communicated with the professor at weekly meetings to provide feedback on student performance and suggested topics for teaching assistants to focus on each week.
