We are a team of engineers, physicians, and hybrids focusing on building, organizing, analyzing, and translating big data in radiology. We conduct computer vision, natural language processing, and general data science research projects, with the goal of identifying novel imaging biomarkers, boosting diagnostic accuracy, improving workflow efficiency in radiology. Deep learning is our core technical approach. Our clinical applications include chest x-ray, chest CT, hand radiograph, mammography, brain CT, automated MR protocoling, radiology report analysis tools, and etc. Our work received media coverage from numerous magazines and news including Medscape, Aunt Minnie, etc, presented at RSNA, AI in Medicine, and SIIM conference. Our members come from various organizations including UCSF, UC Berkeley, Johns Hopkins, and MIT.
