I originally began at Pretty Lake as a Holistic Health intern and, before my internship finished, I was asked to continue my work as a Camp Facilitator. My key responsibilities were addressing and maintaining all general safety guidelines during adventure programs. I independently facilitated individual and group reflections as well as activities. During those group activities, I was able to assess individual needs of the clients, and act upon those needs in order to build a student-centered learning environment.
