BIM & Project Design Architect. - Active member of the Design Team for The Curragh Racecourse in Kildare, Ireland. Working on GA plans drawings, construction details, sections, Engineers Applications, etc... - I am in charge of updating and designing the Revit model of the building project. - Project Architect and Urban Designer of a new Technology Green Park in Limerick, Ireland. - Project & Design Architect of a new 15 detached houses in Clontarf, Dublin 3. I have led the project since the very beginning, being in charge of the Planning Application. - Project & Design Architect of 2 new Blocks Apartments at the Kilmacud House site, in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. I am in charge of the Design Team, and leading the Planning application. - Member of the Team for Grants Row offices building, Dublin 2. Intern ARCHITECT

During this semester, I gained experience leading and motivating a team, as well as developed skills such as creative, quick learner and hard working. Among the projects I worked on, there are: • METX: Metropolitan Warehouse for M.I.T. (Boston, USA), where I integrated and supported the team with 3D models, graphics, digital presentations, physical models and CAD+REVIT drawings. I contributed to complete schematic and development design deadlines successfully. • International Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia 2016: “SupraExtructures vs. Structures of Landscape”, being an important part of the team which designed and prepared the exhibition with digital presentations, 3D models, graphics and drawings. • Future Models Exhibition by Antón García-Abril in M.I.T., leading the team and organising the entire meeting deadlines successfully, developing teamwork and motivation skills. I also devised budgets and ensured costs were maintained within designated limits, as well as proposed new ways to produced models and presentations. • Brookline, the future new office of Ensamble Studio in Boston (USA), where I supported the team with physical models and CAD drawings, such as post-rendered photography. • Different housing projects around Spain (Madrid & Ibiza) for private clients, initiating the new design with digital presentations, graphics, drawings and physical models. Internship

Throughout this internship, I could manage and develop new software skills such as CYPE. I supported the team to design and create new ideas and also integrate and improve surrounding areas for many different projects, among them: • Rehabilitation project of Cultural Centre, Lorca (Murcia), completing and streamlining CAD drawings, and meeting deadlines. • New home for elderly and attached parking, Lorca (Murcia), where I initiated the new project design and I could improve my own creative and leading attitudes. • Land subdivision project, Jumilla (Murcia), where I gained experience and knowledge about urban planning.
