  I started working at Hella as student. At the beginning I was involed in testing of the new resin materials that were comming out and needed to be tested for final approval in serial producation. I continued started with examination of tools produced by our suppliers/toolmakers and i was resposible for tools and parts optimisation. To sum up i was resposible for production part approval procces regarding plastic molding. After that i was more and more involved into part and tool designs. I am familier with DFM – design of manufacturing for Head Lamps (thermoplastic parts, 2K lens, 2k Bezels, reflectors…) and single function lamps. My projects that are already on the streets are Head Lamps for Opel Corsa (Corsa 4530), Porsche Cayenne E2 and several fog lamps for Seat, PSA, VW. At the and i was resposible for new Volvo Head Lamp. Show less
