Mikhail is an absolute asset to any business as a Data Scientist. Mikhail has been an integral part of our team since they joined us. Mikhail's love of solving data science puzzles with curiosity and enthusiasm is infectious. They make coming to work fun and motivating. Mikhail has added so much depth to our team, not just from a knowledge and skills standpoint, but from a culture standpoint. Mikhail cares about the success of their team and is willing to mentor and coach others through complex problems. I can not highly recommend Mikhail enough. They are a true subject matter expert in their field.

Mikhail was my Data Science class for over three months at General Assembly. Of all my previous students, Mikhail is one of the most hard working and motivated students I've encountered. Mikhail's industrious nature, critical thinking skills, and ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, made him a consistent top performer. His work exceeded expectations so often, that I was forced to present additional challenges, ranging from computer vision projects to reinforcement learning, to keep him engaged. These advanced topics are not typically covered in the course, and thankfully, Mikhail's independent learning style allowed him to take on these extra challenges while maintaining a high level of quality in his required work. Lastly, Mikhail was an absolute pleasure to coach. He is the ultimate team player, often offering his time to help others, and a true student of his craft. I can confidently give Mikhail my full unqualified endorsement.
