  In SYL I work with EU and organizational affairs. The job consists of building political campaigns in both European and Finnish Parliament elections. In everyday work I aim to strengthen our relations with MEPs and national parliamentary representatives to accomplish our goals. With our broad political and economical network we promote the interests of Finnish university students both in Finland and abroad. The National Union of University Students in Finland was founded in 1921. Suomen ylioppilaskuntien liitto (SYL), is an interest organization defending and improving the educational, financial, and social benefits and rights of the students. My primary mission is working as a lobbying specialist and strategist at the most significant university merger in Finland #tampere3. Job includes close cooperation with the staff and student unions of Tampere University of Technology and Tampere University of Applied Sciences.The Executive Board supervises the work of secretaries, who are all responsible for their own special fields and take care of a variety of practical matters.
