Jeffrey began work at the Hostos EdTech Office as a digital design intern, highly skilled in digital and print media and video editing, using the Adobe Creative Suite and other apps. He then advanced to the position of Instructional Design Assistant and provided faculty with outstanding support in moving there teaching to the online environment and using the Blackboard 9.1 LMS in their online course management, while continuing his digital design work. When the Covid crisis came upon us in March 2020 and all faculty were required to switch to fully online Jeffrey rose to the challenge and provided invaluable service to Hostos faculty and students trying to navigate the Hostos online learning environment for the first time under very trying conditions. Jeffrey will be an asset wherever he is employed and I highly recommend him as a professional in any department that requires someone of his knowledge and skills.

Manage all aspects of the case, including establishing on-going eligibility, assess participants, develop appropriate Employment Plans and execute specific strategies designed to help participants achieve self-sufficiency. Conduct recertification of eligibility in combination with the employment criteria that re-establishes eligibility and focuses on reducing and eliminating barriers to employment.
