Alison is one of the reasons to look forward to going to work. She keeps her cools in the most stressful situations and she's always there to help when needed. I recently got to work with her at the front desk as an agent (before I was working as a concierge) and Alison was always there to help with any needed. She's a very fast learner. I remember her first two days at work she was already working independently. Any company she would work with, will be lucky to have her in as part of their team.
