I had a chance to work with Arevik for about 3 years at Macadamian Armenia. I was senior to Arevik, but not managing her directly, however we were cross-pathing on different projects and occasions. During our collaboration Arevik demonstrated a strong passion for learning new things and delivering quality work. She was the first member of Armenia team that got formal UX training and applied her knowledge in real-life projects. She also went beyond her responsibilities and took over the Project/Product Manager role in couple of projects she's been working on. Arevik is an active member of tech community in Armenia, participating to different meetups, events and conferences. Thanks to here, and also other enthusiasts, we organized the very first Agile Tour conference in Yerevan, where Arevik was also a presenter.
