During my tenure at Helping Hand Foundation from June 7 to June 20, I served as an HR manager, contributing to the organization's human resources department. This valuable experience allowed me to gain practical insights into various aspects of HR management. As an HR manager, I actively participated in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews. I also assisted in drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. This hands-on involvement helped me develop a strong understanding of the recruitment and selection process. Overall, my time at Helping Hand Foundation as an HR manager was a valuable learning experience, allowing me to develop practical HR skills and contribute to the organization's mission of making a positive impact.
