I first met Vinh when he was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ultimate Staffing while applying for a contractor position. The position I was applying to required specific technical experience and Vinh was very intentional when interviewing me, making sure that I would be a good fit for his customer. His professionalism and attention to details during my interview when explaining the role and what his customer was looking for allowed me to accept the position I was applying for with a high level of confidence in my ability to succeed at the role. Vinh was incredibly supportive during my onboarding process at the company and provided me the tools necessary that allowed me to excel at my new contracted position. It does not come as a surprise to find out that Vinh has now been promoted to a National Account Manager at Ultimate Staffing. To anyone looking for a business professional who has your best interest in mind I would highly recommend Vinh for an outstanding experience.
