I play a vital role in safeguarding a nurturing environment for students (Year 7-12) in their boarding houses while providing them with the necessary support to excel in all areas of their schooling. • Provide academic and pastoral support to students during their non-school hours. • Engage in active supervision around the boarding house. • Liaise with the housemaster, staff members and parents on students’ weekday/weekend leave arrangements away from the boarding house. • Conduct ongoing attendance record using a student management platform. • Issue end-of-shift report on the student management platform to report any behavioural/well-being concerns for staff members to address.
