Bio
Greg Colella
I had the privilege to supervise Shannon at the Upstate Health Sciences Library. She was more than a pleasure to work with. Shannon always showed up on time, ready to work with an up-beat attitude and contagious enthusiasm. Shannon had exceptional customer service skills and always went above and beyond for any patron that required assistance. Shannon is a self-directed learner that eagerly sought additional training and responsibility. She is the type of employee to come to you with a solution rather than a problem. Because of Shannon's willingness to be a team player as well as the ease and comfort with which she learned and performed her job functions I chose to give Shannon the added responsibility of processing ILL for the library. Shannon would be a great asset to any institution.
