Kristee has proven outstanding leadership in her ability to understand the overall business mission and motivate her teams to exceed expectations. She listens to her employees, is supportive of their individual strengths, and provides clear guidance for where the team needs to focus. She is flexible, dependable, and solution-focused. She is an exceptional colleague!

I had the privilege of working with Kristee on the UTSA Staff Senate which is one of the university shared governance bodies. Last year I was the Chair of the Senate and Kristee volunteered to be the Committee Chair for Health and Wellness. She consistently exhibited leadership in her role and was a high contributor to the Senate as a whole, culminating with the nomination for, and recipient of a University Excellence award for Leadership. Additionally, through the challenges of COVID, she volunteered to be the Staff Senate representative for the university Public Health Task Force. Kristee was a high contributor to the success of the UTSA Staff Senate overall.
