While I was working on Minot Air Force Base, Troy was the manager of IT Systems and my boss. He always displayed respect to the end-users as well as myself. He is very knowledgeable with Infrastructure and Cisco technologies. I saw him oversee many projects at a time and he handled it with finesse. He cared about his people and always took the oportunity to teach you something new in your job. I highly recommend Troy as he is also a quick learner and has the ability to adapt and implement to new technologies. That trait is crucial in this Field.
