Worked with the installation Defense Military Pay Office to reduce financial pay transactions from 33 days to 7 and reduced error/re-submission rates by 88% by eliminating outdated processes, combining staff which eliminated over 1000 man-hours of travel time alone, synchronized and simplified training programs so that all personnel could perform all duties with no variation.
