As a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), used LSS methodology to analyze and streamline personnel processing systems reducing backlog by 95% and timeliness from 21 duty days to 4 in first quarter by creating a digital routing/approval/signature process. Worked with the installation Defense Military Pay Office to reduce financial pay transactions from 33 days to 7 and reduced error/re-submission rates by 88% by eliminating outdated processes, combining staff which eliminated over 1000 man-hours of travel time alone, synchronized and simplified training programs so that all personnel could perform all duties with no variation.
