She leads her team past the chatter and views hurdles as simply larger steps you have to take (even hurdles the team did not think they could overcome). Gisele is resilient and is consistent in leading her team to meet and exceed their goals, both financial and operational. Her positive attitude and genuine sincerity is intoxicating. Not only does she drive her team to deliver on challenging client requests, she assists her team in their own professional development.
