Marvin is a terrific team leader. He was able to get our group to get more tests done and on a regular basis. He helped coordinate the team better than anyone else I saw at Sony. He has a great personality that welcomes others, but also makes sure that work gets done quickly and efficiently. If I could work for or with Marv again, I gladly would.
