I worked for Russ for 7 years at Burst Media. During that time I got to know him as an incredibly talented, experienced, and knowledgeable IT professional. Our business was going through a transition in infrastructure technologies and Russ successfully managed our team in that process by recommending and implementing new technologies. Managing a team and staying on top of the various workflows presented to our team was demonstrative of his multi-tasking and managerial ability. Russ would be an asset to any company he chose and I fully recommend him
