      Work with Kaseya and other software to manage around 5000 machines for hundreds of clients as a Managed Service Provider. Manage a small team of technicians dedicated to Managed Services and proactive care including hiring, remediation and dismissal. In addition to managing the team I also share in the duties which include Microsoft and Third Party Patching, Image Based Backups using several vendors, Disaster Recovery and Testing, Alerting and Performance Monitoring, as well as various Automation tasks. The Managed Services team started with just me and eventually ended up with multiple full-time positions and an Intern for which I am responsible. During this time, the company as a whole was brought from a break-fix company to one who proactively manages 90% of its customers networks through monitoring and alerting as an additional source of revenue. I also automate such tasks as uninstalls/upgrades to be ran across thousands of machines which adjusted for the endpoint's operating system saving numerous hours of technician time and a minimized window of downtime for the customers that could be completed after-hours. People Management, Staff Development, Automation, Development of New Processes and Procedures, being able to work with New Technologies and modify old processes.
