Jeg har hatt gleden av å ha Ruben som kontaktperson i MobilData da jeg jobbet i Maconomy Norge AS. Vi brukte MobilData som totalleverandør på mobilsiden. Dette omfattet bl.a. 30 mobiltelefoner, administrasjon av Telenors proffnett samt endel annen adminstrasjon rundt disse tjenestene. Ruben har til enhvert tid utøvd en upåklagelig service. Han er hjelpsom, imøtekommende og ikke minst serviceinnstilt. Ved ulike anledninger har det vært større problemer med både mobiltelefoner og utstyr og dette har Ruben til enhver tid løst på en meget tilfredsstillende måte for oss som kunde. Han har strukket seg lagt og utført service over hva man kan forvente. Ruben har tilenhver tid vist stor kunnskap om de aktuelle produktene og tjenestene som MobilData leverer. Jeg kan også nevne at jeg gjennom min stilling i Telenor har hørt Rubens navn ved flere anledninger, og at han i den forbindelse der også kun har fått gode skussmål.
