Andrii is a gifted and committed Project Manager who's adept at keeping complex projects moving forward quickly โ€” at or under budget โ€” and delivering clearly defined outputs on time. I had the good fortune of collaborating with Andrii when our firm hired Teiva for a rapid prototype development of a ServiceNow application. From the start we were blown away by how responsive Andrii is. We could ask a question and, despite the challenge of working on the other side of the globe, know we'd quickly get an answer or a summary of the problem and proposed solutions. Starting projects from scratch isn't everyone's strength (compared to inheriting existing structures or expectations, for example). But Andrii's project leadership and documentation is super thorough and well-organized. So much so that our team has adopted some of the practices we've learned from Andrii in our own internal projects! Further, he's always ready with a laugh โ€” happy warrior style โ€” which makes working together a genuine pleasure. I recommend Andrii without hesitation for any project management needs!
