  Smart phones and mobile apps have experienced tremendous growth. Now another media channel is forecast to experience massive growth, connected TV. My role included: Managing the design & development of apps for smart TV's, mainly written with Java, HTML5 & css, but also some experience with Drupal projects. Working with both local & offshore developers and acting as a technical liaison between client & development teams, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. Liaising with internal & external QA teams to ensure the quality of the apps. Submission to manufacturers app stores. R&D into next generation technologies, including 2nd screen apps, mobile & TV integration.
