      I have the privilege of being the main point of contact for all of our clients in our Health and Ageing Division. MDF Group provides accredited building and maintenance services to Aged Care facilities across Australia. We offer complete planned and reactive property maintenance and genuine 24/7 emergency maintenance support. Our Clients have access to our online maintenance tracking system, allowing Facility Managers to log in and track their assets and maintenance requests at any time. MDF Group can create and manage an Asset Register and integrated planned maintenance calendar based on a comprehensive barcode system and specialist facility management software. We also provide temporary maintenance officers to cover overflow or absentees, as well as project management for larger building projects. All MDF Group work is compliant with the AACQA’s guidelines across all of the assessment areas that relate to the Living Environment.
