I worked with Mr. Jim Leahy for 7 years, he is a great motivator leader who knows how to support his team to grow and develop professionally. He always care to share new ideas and tools to ensure that his team function with in align with the best practice. During the 7 years a lot of significant improvement happed, from increase the number of students enrollment, number of staff, creating polices and procedures and encouraging the use of technology in all areas. Mr. Leahy is highly skilled in professional communications and a very good listener. He has the ability to make the right decisions in short time or\and during emergency situations, and would also give this opportunity to his team to take decisions related to their work area. I was reporting to Mr. Leahy and i learned a lot of him, my experience with him is deiffenitly a great addition to my career development.
