Whip smart and great with stakeholders, Amelia is the perfect example of a UX practitioner who knows how to protect the user experience from the whims of an unrelenting boardroom. I have never seen anyone navigate difficult conversations as elegantly as her, and these approaches have become the blueprint for how I communicate in similar scenarios. I also had the pleasure of being line-managed by Amelia during a difficult stint in my career, and I couldn't believe how easily she made me feel heard, appreciated and worthy of retaining. Add to that her insane work ethic and wide-reaching knowledge of UX fundamentals, tools and techniques, and you have that unicorn candidate who can do it all. Amelia is fun, caring, spirited and deeply passionate about UX, and I would urge any company looking to build a best-in-class practice not to miss out on her.

During our time working together, I had the pleasure of reporting directly to Amelia, and I can honestly say that she is one of the most talented and dedicated design leaders I have ever had the privilege of working with. Amelia's passion for UX design is matched only by her empathy and care for her team members. She creates a supportive and collaborative work environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated. Her ability to listen and provide constructive feedback helped me to grow both personally and professionally. As a manager, Amelia is approachable, responsive, and supportive. She takes the time to understand the unique needs and strengths of each team member and provides guidance and mentorship tailored to each individual's growth goals. Her leadership style fosters creativity, collaboration, and accountability, leading to a highly effective and productive team. Overall, I cannot recommend Amelia highly enough. She is an exceptional leader and an asset to any organisation. If you are looking for a talented and dedicated UX lead, you will not find anyone better than Amelia.
