Jessica has provided multiple design projects for Forge Resources Group. Initially, we required multiple marketing materials on short notice. Jessica produced quality work that fit our exact needs prior to the required deadline. She also offered consistent communication. Due to her strong performance, she continues to be the first source we contact regarding design needs. Jessica provides strong character through her diligence, positivity, and strong communication.

Jessi is a talented young lady who has a great work ethic and seeks excellence in her work. She has earned my respect, and I’m proud to recommend her. Since I’ve known Jessi, she has proven to have a creative bend. She takes ideas and turns them into tangible products. She has an eye for design and a flair to pull off unique projects. Recently she led our class in designing a project for Promus Holdings, a Chicago-based company that is using student work. She has worked on Taylor University’s yearbook and has taken the creative role in group projects for my classes. Jessi also has an impeccable work ethic. If she says she will do something, she does. Period. She’s dependable and responsible for results. In a deadline oriented major, she errs on the side of getting things done early instead of just on time. She has integrity and discernment in how she works with others and in how she accomplishes any given task. She works well with a group, taking the lead as needed and following as needed. She’s also self-motivated and knows when to ask for help on any given task. She is well respected by her peers. Finally, Jessi seeks excellence in what she does. She doesn’t settle for less, and she isn’t afraid of constructive criticism. This semester I asked her work on a logo for a client, and she quickly came up with four different designs. When someone used and tweaked one of her designs to create what we offered to the client, she wasn’t offended but was happy to have helped us get the work finished. She seeks what’s best for the client, and she sets high standards for herself. She takes pride in her work and wants to excel.
