Developing people-centric user assistance using design thinking principles in an Agile environment. As documentation lead and power user, my daily work involves creating versioning for new releases, coordination and project management, user management, production management, creating help portal pages, terminology approval, etc. As design thinking coach for five teams, I help my team members think outside the box and get out of their comfort zones. Creativity doesn't happen in a highly process-driven environment. Therefore, it's always a challenge to work within a process-driven environment while trying to find a way to foster creativity. Introducing new concepts and making it easy to adopt a design thinking mindset are my top priorities as a coach. Spent 3+ years in the Retail space writing documentation for various retail solutions like fresh item procurement, merchandise and assortment planning, fashion, POS and EPOS. Last 7+ years as documentation expert helped me acquire expertise in Utilities for CRM and ERP (customer interaction center, multichannel for utilities, demand-side management, grid distribution companies, etc). Currently, working as user assistance developer for SAP's Digital Supply Chain Management group.
