Toni is the perfect example of how one person's passion and joy for a subject radiates through to the people around them. Recently, Toni volunteered her time, expertise and energy to our non-profit to teach our clients about the fundamentals of Design Thinking, and how this toolbox can be applied to their own small businesses. With wit, patience and immense knowledge, Toni led the full day event from start to finish. She was able to bring concepts into reality with examples and interactive activities. Participants walked away feeling empowered and motivated to use as many or as few tools as they felt comfortable with. The value of the workshop was undeniable and it sparked interest into further study. Operationally, Toni was a pleasure to work with. She understood our goals for the workshop immediately and made everything easy. She pivoted when necessary and I always felt that she had a genuine vested interest in this collaboration. I look forward to collaborating with Toni in the future and would recommend her to anyone!

I didn’t expect my transition from a non-technical specialization in academia to the tech industry to be welcoming, but thanks to Toni, it has been. During my internship at SAP over the past year, Toni has been my mentor, coach and, above all, trusted friend. Despite her busy occupation of leading documentation and coaching design thinking, she nonetheless prioritized my professional development by helping me navigate the company—all the way from its complex infrastructure to the workplace politics—and find my role within it. As a result, I developed both horizontally and vertically, for I was not only able explore a development role outside the scope of my contract but also attain full-time position as a user assistance developer associate. Toni has therefore been an integral part of my professional success, and I feel immensely privileged to have had the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with her. In sum, I wholeheartedly recommend her services and industry expertise.

Developing people-centric user assistance using design thinking principles in an Agile environment. As documentation lead and power user, my daily work involves creating versioning for new releases, coordination and project management, user management, production management, creating help portal pages, terminology approval, etc. As design thinking coach for five teams, I help my team members think outside the box and get out of their comfort zones. Creativity doesn't happen in a highly process-driven environment. Therefore, it's always a challenge to work within a process-driven environment while trying to find a way to foster creativity. Introducing new concepts and making it easy to adopt a design thinking mindset are my top priorities as a coach. Spent 3+ years in the Retail space writing documentation for various retail solutions like fresh item procurement, merchandise and assortment planning, fashion, POS and EPOS. Last 7+ years as documentation expert helped me acquire expertise in Utilities for CRM and ERP (customer interaction center, multichannel for utilities, demand-side management, grid distribution companies, etc). Currently, working as user assistance developer for SAP's Digital Supply Chain Management group. User Assistance/Knowledge Management Expert Working in a high pressure environment with tight delivery timelines has taught me to be self-motivated and driven to ensure that all the documentation/user assistance is designed and completed with high quality. Poor design of user assistance would result in high maintenance costs by support organizations. Being cognizant of that is what drives me to achieve high standards in my deliverables. SAP certified language editor. Regularly involved in usability testing and UI simplification. Embracing and ramping up on technology changes, new tools and systems within SAP is another integral part of my regular tasks. Additional roles included Scrum master and project manager. Show less
