Z Asią miałam przyjemność pracować przez prawie 5 lat i obserwować Jej nieustanny rozwój. Zawsze pozytywnie nastawiona do rekrutacji i ludzi, którzy w niej brali udział. Razem przeszłyśmy przez wiele rekrutacji na stanowiska IT. Wiele sytuacji potwierdziło, że rzeczy, które nie są dostrzegane przez techniczne osoby, Joanna potrafi dostrzec i pokazać w jaki sposób dana osoba mogłaby się rozwijać w firmie. Asia jest osobą, która podejmowała się wiele dodatkowych aktywności - jej praca nie kończy się tylko na rekruterskich obowiązkach. If you have a coordination problem, administration problem or basically any inside company problem you are going to Joanna, and she will crack it.
