In a nutshell; Product, concept development and project ManagementProject Management: During Project management I ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. This goes for both Guide ID staff and third party companies. The projects are usually separate to usual day-today business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. I oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.Account Management:Within the Account Management I serve as the primary business contact for all top clients and am responsible for client satisfaction. I am expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, I continuously work on building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Besides this I am responsible for running the Client Services department, which includes purchasing, warehouse, logistics and helpdesk.Product Development:Under Product development falls the responsibility of collecting and analyzing client and end user feedback. The feedback is then analyzed to seek out what demands are in the market and how we can supply them via our platform and products. Other development responsibilities lie with the development of POS and product user tools that assist clients and end users during day to day use of the system.Marketing Manager:Responsible for all marketing activities in Europe. From concept development to organisation. Events, Social Media, on and-offline media and internal training. Show less
