Responsible for determining content, finding speakers and managing the process to completion. Reviewed all presentations for technical content. Created and managed twenty-some speaking sessions per year. Used this volunteer position to keep in touch with Subject Matter Experts from around the company and to meet customers and gain better insight into their pain points and trends. Resulted in increasing attendance to the NMS track and increasing customer SAT scores each year.
