  The role drew on all my experience to date, retail, operations, and photography. It included the setting up and running of the in house studio that handled all the product photography needs of the TFG brands that were trading online. And as more of the TFG brands went online part of my responsibility was to assist with their successful on boarding. A digital design team was added to the studio I managed in October 2015, followed by a digital design manager in June 2016. This was to centralise the digital design needs of the TFG eCommerce brands.
