      Title thesis: “Modelling the contribution of infragravity and incident band swash on wave run-up on East coast South-Korean beaches.” This thesis looked at the roles of high and low frequency waves on the wave run-up on an East coast South-Korean beach. To this end, the model XBeach was used in 1D and 2DH, both Non-hydrostatic (as synthetic data) and Surf-beat. A large range of storm conditions was also used, to see whether the roles of high and low frequency motions change for different conditions. Show less
