Our projects involve integration between different products and solutions and independent R&D processes.My position:Managing the overall lifecycle of the company projects in a dynamic environment – from initiation, deal structure, development, and delivery:- Gathering customer/product needs, designing and planning team’s work plan and monitoring day-to-day (sprint-to-sprint) operations and development in accordance to Agile Methodology. Working closely with R&D team leader- Collaborate with the development team, managing and scheduling the projects resources- Monitoring project’s performance while managing and mitigating risks.- Full responsible for the project delivery, and managing cross-department /company interfaces.- Managing customer interfaces through all stages of development- Overseeing QA, integration, and delivery efforts at the customer site on time• Provide project reports to stakeholders as required•In charge of the yearly work plan and P&L•Working synergistically in conjunction with CEO & VP R&D regarding strategy, business, and R&D issues•Managing internal processes and team (~10 employees) including HR and recruitment efforts.
