Handling incomming orders and requests from wholesalers. Making sure that everything is in stock and forecasting supplies for an always changing market. My main categories are flour and grains, non alcoholic beverages and vinegar. My most important task is to make sure that our relations with partners in both ends of our supply chain are happy and know that we appreciate what they do. I always take responsibility for what we do and try to connect and ensure good relations. Appart from the obvious I also make sure that we have an exhibition stand while on food fairs. I plan everything in this matter, so that my colleagues just need to show up and spread the word about our wonderful products. At the moment I'm also working on our upcomming Foodservice website. It's looking good so far! As always I have miscellaneous other tasks that I hold and try to keep in the air in the best way possible. I am never bored. Show less

While clinging onto the budding existence of the Løgismose Meyers Foodservice department, my primary task has been to obtain an order flow. I've enjoyed gaining knowledge in a field I've had no previous knowledge about. On a daily basis I've been the written voice of Løgismose Meyer Foodservice by handeling incomming orders, setting up everything new in Navision. Making sure all is aligned with GS1, settling prices, visiting wholesalers and making sure we're all on good terms. On exhibitions I've very much enjoyed meeting end-customers and spreading the knowledge of our products. As in all my other jobs I find that communication is key. This goes for both customers, suppliers and distributors. I usually manage to make sure that we're all on the same page, and help as best possible.By the end of the year I'm getting a new colleague, so we'll be able to spread the word (and our products) even more. To state my name on the market, and show off my designs I had my website, my web-shop, my Creative Team and my newsletter. My most important marketing tool was my Creative Team of approx. 10 ladies from around the world, whom I kept motivated and updated, so that everyone knew where I was going with my designs and what was expected of them. I cultivated my sense of creativity and passed my apprenticeship exam in 2007 with top marks for my creative dish, and high praise for my good spirit and my pleasant nature.
