As the sole-provider of a high-profile £25m p/a services contract to the Ministry of Justice - and with a number of significant private clients - the business required strong leadership to facilitate a return to profitability and growth. Key to this turnaround was my introduction of innovative technology to drive service efficiency, combined with a complete overhaul of the senior management team and other key posts throughout the business.
