I had the distinct pleasure of having Jeremy as my 1SG, leading the company I was assigned to at the time. He struck me as a devoted, caring, and in-touch leader during my time there. I continued to witness him devote his own personal time thereafter in connecting people in the cybersecurity feed with those who were looking to fill positions. H is truly a leader and champion in the field of cybersecurity, guaranteed to be an asset to any organization he he been a part of, is currently a part of, or may become a part of in the future!

I am currently experiencing one of those major events in my life. I am transitioning from the military after 20 years and I have to figure out what I am going to do with the next chapter in my life. I know that I want to work in cybersecurity but I haven't figured out what is my dream job. What I do know is that it is extremely difficult competing for a job without connecting with the right people and marketing yourself appropriately. This is very foreign to me and something in which I do not excel. Luckily, I have great people like Jeremy Lerette who are gracious to help me through this challenging process. Jeremy has dedicated his time and energy into guiding me through this transition. First, he took the time to get to know me as a person and identify my goals for post-military life. He spent hours combing over my LinkedIn profile and drastically improved my image and marketability. Next, he wrote a glowing post about my skills and attributes to connect me with recruiters and hiring managers. He is extremely busy person but somehow finds the time to frequently contact me to check in on my progress and strategize my next steps. As proof that networking is key, Jeremy connected me with a hiring manager who was looking for someone for a Field Service Representative opening. Based on what he knew of me and the job description, Jeremy knew I would be a good fit. He guided me throughout the process including my first in-person interview. Not only did he focus on the big areas but the minor details that impact how you are viewed during the hiring process. In the end, I received that long awaited job offer and accepted the position. I cannot put into words the gratitude I have for Jeremy investing in me and making this journey so much better. If you are struggling to find your path or want to network with an amazing person, please reach out to Jeremy Lerette. He can help you with achieving your goals, improving your brand and marketing, networking with like-minded people, or being a sounding board for your ideas and aspirations.

We’re passionate about the movement of information from one place to another. How do you best formulate your message? Once formulated, what’s the best way to communicate it? Once your message begins its journey, how do you ensure that it arrives safely and securely to its intended recipient? The quest to find answers to those questions, to ensure the transformation of data to contextualized information, is what drives us – and what Mission Solutions Group is all about. Founded by military and defense industry veterans with more than 150 years of combined experience, we’re an agile team of experts who listen closely to each client’s challenges, assess them in context and in all their complexity, then develop and implement an integrated mix of intelligence, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions – all designed to facilitate perfect information exchange. We understand that the volume and velocity of threats you face today are constantly growing, evolving and adapting – making missions ever more challenging. The sheer amount and diversity of information available to execute operations is already overwhelming and growing daily with the advent of new technologies. Our proactive, creative, systems-level approach is designed to prevent, disrupt, and protect against next-gen threats no matter what the project – from large-scale programs to the finest details.
